Christmas in the Village
Come experience a Victorian Christmas in the Humphrey Heritage Village at the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center on Friday, December 6, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Visitors will feel the warmth of holiday cheer throughout the beautifully decorated Humphrey Heritage Village. As guests explore the historic buildings, Christmas decorations inspired by immigrants who settled Northwest Oklahoma will help give a glimpse of the different cultures that influenced the region.
For just the regular cost of admission, visitors will hear Christmas music echoing throughout the village. There are many other activities for the family, including themed crafts, hot drinks, fireside stories, and a visit from Santa Claus. Purchase handmade crafts and goodies from local vendors in our Cottage Market to gift to loved ones this holiday season!
Inside the Mabee Foundation Gallery, guests can step back in time and see the progression of Christmas Tree decorations by decade once again. This year will see the addition of two new decades giving examples of tree from the 1890s to the 1950s!
